5. LISTINGS
The NatureLodges.com web site contains a searchable directory of nature related lodges, hotels, and property listings (or advertisers). The Customer provides the information in the directory. NatureLodges.Com does not warrant the validity of the information, nor does it guarantee it. NatureLodges.com is not responsible for any material or information provided by customers or respective companies. All users of this site are encouraged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any listing.
Acceptable Content Policy
The Acceptable Content Policy must be followed by all property owners. Any ads that do not comply with this policy is subject to edit or cancellation without notice by Nature Lodges at its sole discretion.
Nature Lodges is a website viewed by people of all ages. Our policy requires that information presented in the website be suitable for viewing by families and must be "G" rated. Material may not contain profanity, obscenity, nudity, illegal offers, vulgar comments related to violence, hate, prejudices, or references of a sexual nature. Information must be considered suitable for viewing by the general population in all age groups. Nature Lodges reserves the right to determine what is, or what is not, acceptable content.
It is the responsibility of the listing owners to obey all laws and rules & regulations concerning content.
Nature Lodges reserves the right to edit or reject any listing submitted at our sole discretion.
6. LISTING PERIOD and APPROVALS
Any listing may be edited or updated at the discretion of NatureLodges.Com. All listings will be removed after expiration at the discretion of NatureLodges.Com. In addition, NatureLodges.Com reserves the right to delete listings as it deems necessary (Including Violations of Terms and Conditions). Upon listing removal, a determination by NatureLodges.Com would determine if any refund is applicable. Any fees charged to NatureLodges.com in order to list a respective listing or company will be subtracted from any refunds due back to customer. Nature Lodges will approve all new listings before they become visible on this web site. If the Listing cannot be verified, the listing will be removed from the web site and a refund will be given, (less applicable fees).
